Sage M/F supports only MS SQL Server and Pervasive SQL database platforms. This applies to modules Manufacturing (M/F), Manufacturing Lot (M/L), Production Planning (P/P), Purchase Planning (I/P), and Shop Floor Control (S/C) of any versions. Between these two, MS SQL Server is the recommended database. MS SQL has the substantial calculations and data processing conducted during a planning run.
Thus, Sage M/F DOES NOT support any other database engines currently being used by Sage 300.
